Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. offers “Cool Rewards” in the form of Visa Gift Cards.  When existing customers refer a new customer to Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc., that schedules repair service or purchases a new system, both parties will receive a “Cool Reward”

“Cool Rewards” are for new system installation, and repair service only.  Preventive Maintenance is not eligible for “Cool Rewards” as there is already a Multi-Unit Discount available strictly for maintenance.  Please inquire about the Multi-Unit Discount if you would like more information.

Cool Rewards 

If the new referral purchases a new system from us, both the existing customer and the new referral each get a $75 Visa Gift Card.

If the new referral schedules a service visit, both the existing customer and the new referral each get a $25 Visa Gift Card.

The new referral must present the Cool rewards card at the time of their first service visit, or at the time when the new installation is scheduled.  Once all work is completed and paid for, the Visa gift cards will be delivered via USPS or UPS to both parties.

There is no limit to the number of new referrals or the number of Gift Cards an existing customer can hand out.  The more new referrals that schedule work or installation – the more gift cards the existing customer can receive.  Once you have used Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. for a repair service call or new system installation, you immediately become an existing customer and you will be able to hand out your own “Cool Rewards” Cards.

The “Cool Rewards” cannot be combined with any other special offer or quoted discounts.

Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. “Cool Rewards”  are available only to customers and potential customers in Sarasota county, Manatee county, and the surrounding areas within the state of Florida.

Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen “Cool Rewards” Visa Gift Cards.  Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. will not be responsible for replacing any lost or stolen “Cool Rewards” Visa Gift Cards.

“Cool Rewards”  are available only to existing and new customers of Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc.

Existing customers can give “Cool Rewards” cards to friends, family, and other individuals so that they may take advantage of the “Cool Rewards”.  Existing customer must fill in name of new referral when giving the cards out.  Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. reserves the right to, at any time, void the “Cool Rewards” as they see fit if it is not presented by the original recipient.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. receiving “Cool Rewards” constitutes permission for Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. to use the recipients name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (only city and state), and testimonials, in print, broadcast, or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other promotion sponsored by them without further compensation.

By participating in this promotion, recipients of the Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. “Cool Rewards” agree that Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc., those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this promotion, including participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. “Cool Rewards”.
